I was on OMAD for a short time last year, and I fell off the wagon after Thanksgiving and Halloween went by. After that I just kind of gave up, but I'm completely serious and committed and I won't use holidays as an excuse to gorge myself anymore. I used to eat only dinners and nothing during the day, only drank water and chewed gum, and I tried portion control as well. I was doing good after a while but stopped practicing my willpower.
I just recently had what was supposed to be a 72 hour fast, which I cut down to 45 hours because I was getting irritable. I'm very serious about this, and I wanted to know what works best for you guys.

I am doing rolling 42s, and it took me months to work up to this slowly. When my husband went into the hospital in April, I switched back to OMAD to be kind to myself. Now that the stress & chaos is gone, I’m back to 42s
