I would say so. I actually like eating so 3\~4 days during the week days works best for me.
Why are you fasting? It depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Also what your diet looks like outside of your fasting windows, that would have a huge impact. Me? I can have 4 day fasts and not do bad at all when I start eating again. I tried a protocol of 2-day fasts and I tended to overeat at the end. Weird but we are all wired differently.
By far the most effective fast is the one that jives with you the most, be it OMAD, 30 days, or every permutation in-between. Chasing the outmost effective way ever-bar-none is getting lost in the details, just fast and eat clean, the rest will follow.
