If you’re eating or drinking anything when you dry fast, it is no longer a dry fast. Not everyone can dry fast - it takes a lot of discipline and determination. I’d you struggle with it you could always do water fasting or intermittent dry
Yeah, I mean it’ll basically be 2 23-24 hour dry fast but it’s something. You just gotta realize the water will stop the process but then it’ll resume so there’ll be a slowdown but it doesn’t have to be all or nothing. I love just doing 23 hrs and then eating cause food taste better when I do that especially fruits.
