Water or dry?

What is better for weight loss? I feel like I can do longer water fasts but then I wonder if dry is better? I mean if I do 24 dry and lots of cardio, is that good?

Answer

Dry literally burns fat to create your own water. Dry>water. The key is how you break it and what your diet consists of after. Cause you will gain back weight. But I think if you are consistent with your fasting 1 or 2 days a week then you will get good results.

Answer

Filonov recommends 2 days a week of dry fasting and long walks ( around 10kms) on these days.

The main benefit of dry fasting is to get rid of one’s addiction to refined carbs. And yes dry fast is a superior method of weight loss AND far easier to follow as the sensation of hunger is not present as much as it is in water fasting.

It’s also about healing the body and going inwards instead of outwards for happiness! But that’s for later. Cheers.
