I’ve been doing 2 day fasts twice a week for awhile now and I’d say some are easier than others. If you don’t already, you might try taking electrolytes on the first day of your fast to see if that helps out. I think some of my cravings (salty foods and bananas) happen because I don’t start until the 2nd or 3rd day so I’m going to start on day one for the next one to see what difference it makes.
