I started my 3rd 60 hour fast yesterday and it will end Tuesday morning. I was worried that refeeding yesterday was going to cause my weight to jump up but it didn’t! I’m still at the same weight which is really encouraging.
I started last Monday and I have lost 7lbs so far.
Just hit 63 hours of my first fast! I’m trying to figure out when to break. I still feel pretty good, which is was a pleasant surprise. When I have fasted in the past (pre low-carb) I got horrible headaches and low blood sugar made me feel terrible.
I didn’t really have plan in mind, more “let’s see how this goes” so I wonder if I should plan a refeed day/meal soon, or keep going?
I am eating 4 times a day and losing progress, but I had surgery and penicillin + percocet will make me sick if I don’t eat with them.
I plan to resume in 4 days and go 18/6 low carb for a week and then 20/4
