Hey guys! I just started last Wednesday! I had a little bit of a rocky start bc I needed to take ibuprofen for a tooth infection (to keep inflammation at bay). While I didn’t do a true OMAD, I tried to keep the spirit of it by only eating half a granola bar with each dose and eating most of my calories at one meal. I am now ready to officially start today! Though, I am going to switch my goal (at least for this week) from OMAD to 20:4 IF. I found that most of my meals were way to big to get my calorie count in and they left me feeling overly stuffed for a few hours. Hopefully a snack + 1 meal will be easier on my stomach.In the past few days Ive learned quite a bit about how beneficial fasting is for your body, so I would like to incorporate longer fasts at some point in my journey.
