Weekly Fasting Check-In

Bit behind the curve, but did 48 hours over the weekend on just water, coffee and tea! The longest I’ve done previously is 36 and I felt pretty naff for most of it. This time I made up some strong snake juice, kept it in the fridge and added half snake juice half water to a pint glass. No problems this time!

Didn’t lose a huge amount (3lb) as I don’t have a huge amount more left too lose, but I looked a lot less bloated by hour 24. It’s put me firmly back on the keto train after a wobble a couple of weeks ago. Next goal will be 72 hours :)

Edit: ooh, and I did a 45 minute interval training run yesterday, at about hour 20. It was brilliant, I felt great. Until I read the science behind it, I’d never have believed exercising fasted was feasible AND that I’d feel great whilst doing it.
