Started my first attempt at a 5 day. Have done 72s in the past month along side ADF. Seeing zero progress. So going to try and get that insulin down with extended fast. I have coffee, water and electrolyte supplements ready to go! Wish me luck!
Hi all! 271 Hours into a 720 hour fast. Thinks have been great, especially since I am supplementing with electrolytes. I can really feel the difference. I don’t like them in water though, so I just put a little under the tongue as needed. I don’t own a scale, so I have no idea how much weight I have lost or will lose, but my clothes feel better and I have nice skin. In addition to energy, my comportment has been affected: at work, I feel like the capable, self-assured professional that I should be rather than some clever kid.
Since this is a weekly thread, would it be bad form to chain my thoughts throughout the week here? Or would it be better to start a personal thread off on its own?
