So last week I pulled off ADF. Average fast about 36 hrs, then I’d start eating around lunch, finish dinner and then fast the next day, repeat.

Honestly, I feel great. I’m losing weight but so far I’m not experiencing the cravings or the binge behavior that I was getting previously while trying to calorie count. Since the answer to food is either “yes” or “no” I’m not trying to squeeze in every last bit of food I’m “allowed”.

The shorter fasts also are less… idk, boring? I’ve done multi-day (longest just over 80hrs) and I usually cave due to boredom. But now? I know I can just eat tomorrow and it’s no big deal.
