I’m planning on starting a 5.5 day fast when I wake up Tuesday morning, ending with dinner Sunday night. I’ve done several smaller fast, this will be my first that’s greater than 48 hours. I’ve purchased magnesium and lite salt, I also have regular sea salt, though not sure if I’ll need it.
Going for OMAD this work week. I have an uncanny ability to know when I am 18 hours fasted, that’s when I get hungry, tummy growls, and then I check my fasting app and I’m exactly on the little icon for “starting heavy ketosis.” Haha, it’s nice and motivating to see that little fire symbol.
