I’m 9.5 days in at 228 hrs. Planning to go 12-14 days (300-340 hrs). Still planning a 7-9 day refeed. Now planning to fast 1 week starting the late evening of the 20th and refeed the 5 days after, March 1st-5th. I’m feeling heavily drawn to fast for Lent, which starts March 6th, so fasting Mondays thru Saturdays and refeeds on Sundays. Then back to the 14 day fasting and 7 day refeeding schedule (maybe? Will see how I feel at the time).
Shark week this past 4 days and will go a few days yet. Little to no cramps and little hunger…feeling amazing! No sign of blood pressure issues either :)

I was planning to fast all week to Sunday but I felt miserable last evening. I have a bunch of major deadlines Monday so I thought I better eat. I am thinking I will probably do EOD water fasting until Tuesday of next week.
