My plan is to fast all week. It’s going to be rough because my refeed was all carbs, but I’m already almost done with day one.

I MIGHT have something tomorrow night if I need it, I have a final exam and I am not one of the lucky people who gets great mental clarity. I’ll try to keep it 100% meat and avoid the carbs so even if I’m not fasting, I’ll be in ketosis.

I might very well be able to get under 230 this week!

I’m on my final stretch!
Sw ~90kg CW 65kg GW 50/55kg (somewhere around there depending on muscle). Height 163cm.

Currently 23h into chaining 48/100h fasts (pretty much just fasting during the week with a light refeed on Wednesday night if necessary. I eat on weekends and try to avoid unhealthy foods (16/8 on weekends).

I tend to loose a half kg a day on average (Inc refeed) so hopefully I’ll be getting close to GW in the next 2 months. Either way I’m feeling so much more confident in my skin every day.

I started a 132 hour fast on Sunday evening - so if all goes according to plan, I will start refeeding on Saturday morning. Unfortunately, I have a wicked bad headache that started yesterday night. I think I’m in PMS territory, and that’s really throwing me off - my hunger is ridiculous right now. I’m making a cup of bone broth and am going to take that and sip it while I soak in a hot bath and see if that helps. If I have to break the fast, I will - I’m already past 40 hours. It would just be really nice to make it all the way to my goal. My longest fast so far was 108 hours, so I’m trying to push myself to fasting throughout the whole week and refeeding on weekends.
