Checking in :-) had to end 10day water, coffee and weed fast at day 7 last week due to nausea. This week starting 8pm last night I have re started my fast with a vengeance (and snake juice), armed with more knowledge and hopefully correct electrolyte balance. The plan? Fast as long as possible to achieve my goal weight of 49kg.

I started a water and coffee fast last night I’m going to say about 7 pm last night. I can’t remember exactly what time I finished my pistachios so 7 pm is close enough. I am at 46.5% bodyfat as of my Dexa scan from Oct 8th. I want to get down to a more reasonable bodyfat like 28%. I’m going to do another dexa scan in 6 months. I want to get down to 28% by incorporating more fasting days. I still have 95lbs of fat on me so I have a ways to go.
