Started dry fasting yesterday at 5:26 PM, it is currently 11 AM where I’m at, so 6 and a half hours left to hit 24 hours. Don’t know how long I plan on going for.

Starting weight: 267.6 lbs

Just did my very first dry fast and loved it! I’ve been doing IF for about a year (19:5), but wanted to get rid off some extra belly fat before my vacation. I am happy to report that I lost 4 pounds in 28 hours. Female, 5’3”, 131 lbs. I am down to 127 lbs. I like the results, and will definitely do this regularly from now on. The best part is that I felt hunger for only a couple of minutes about 13 hours in. Didn’t really feel thirsty either. I felt so energetic towards the end that I cleaned my apartment. This made me realize that I could easily switch to OMAD. Good luck to everyone!
