I intended to start a 3ish day dry fast today but woke up with a headache :( so I had some water but not sure if I should eat something and wait to start the fast until headache goes away or not…
I ate keto yesterday but am coming off 3 days of eating junk while camping Wed-Sat so trying to figure out what could be causing my headache
12 hours in on a new dry campaign. Got 15 days until I have to go back to work in person.
Was at my heaviest ever Thursday at 268.6 lbs (121.83 kgs).
I’m actually down 8 pounds after a 36 hour dry that I completed Saturday night at 10 PM and I have eaten and drank whatever I wanted since Saturday night at 10. I concluded that gorging this afternoon.
Will go as long as I feel like then switch to water fast through the end of the month.

Just finished 24 hours and am down 7 pounds (3.17kg) from my pre-dry fast weight yesterday at 3 PM. I’m currently sitting at 258. I hope to keep this up for a while. I feel pretty good right now but know things can turn on a dime. Smells are fairly intense which I don’t enjoy but whatever.
