I’m 37 hours into a 48 hours dry fast. Started on 11th july at 9pm.

SW (at 10am on 11th july) - 76.1kg.

CW (at 10am on 13th july) - 74.1kg

GW - 57kg

I didn’t work out. Just went out to run some errands. No hunger /thirst now. Energy is okay but headache is there.

Trying my first dry fast. Experienced with water fasting. I was 40 hours into a water fast when started dry fasting. Aiming at 24 hours as a first timer, but after a few hours, thirst is already a struggle. I’m accustomed to drinking a lot each day.

Trying out my first 72h dry fast. Letting you guys know that this is a soft dry. Energy levels are okay sometimes here and there i’ll get a little crash for like 30 minutes. Hunger and thirst levels are stable nothing too big. Energetic in the morning and afternoon then start to get lethargic around 7pm until i go to sleep. Currently 40hours in. SW (3am on July 16th) : 94.2kg.Current Weight (7h30pm on July 17th) : 90.7kg.
