Weekly Progress Thread - New + Ongoing Fasts

On day 7 of 7 of a hard dry fast, this is my third time doing a week long.

I went to the supermarket today and honestly wasn’t even hungry. Oddly everyone seemed more receptive than usual despite my stink acetone breath and un showered state.

I haven’t had any dreams about eating or drinking this time so that’s a bonus, all my dreams are more vivid though. Sleeping has been surprisingly easy in comparison to prior fasts.

It’s winter here and my usually low blood pressure is even lower so my feet are ice blocks and my hands are not much better.

Planning on breaking with 2 litres of water mixed with fresh squeezed lemon juice and baking soda over 2 hours then jumping into low to moderate calorie keto for two days

Almost tempted to try 8 or 9 days since I’m still feeling relatively energetic but I’m looking forward to streak dinner in 21 hours

Day one here. I’ve done 3 days each week in August so far. Stopped at the 3 day mark because of dinner plans with friends. Seeing how far I can go this time since it is a quiet week for me. Hoping for 5-7.
