I’m almost 32 hours into my latest fast. I always stop when my body says stop, but I’m eyeballing 40-60 days to break my 30-day water fast record.
This fast I’m kicking it off with the first X number of days being hard dry fasting and transitioning to water.
This is my first multi-day hard dry fast, and it’s my first time transitioning from dry to water fasts.
My plan is to just do like I re-feed and just chill and slowly re-introduce water and electrolytes without overdoing it.
Any insights from anyone who has transitioned between the two in the past? Any mistakes to avoid?
I just finished my second 63 hour soft dry fast today and feel great! It’s easy and comfortable so I plan to do one each week for a few weeks before I try a longer dry fast.
I lost 2kgs and my head feels so clear, but I haven’t noticed anything else yet. I trust that my body is healing even if I can’t see it 😊
