Currently on hour 124/144 of DF. Only got 20 hrs more to go. Physically feeling great but I can’t sleep cuz I’m anxious to drink some water and start re feeding.
I mean I’ve made it this far but I’m just so bored lol.
Im doing this to give my body a break from gluttony, alcohol and drugs. So i really need to finish. I will re feed on keto for 4 days then 3 days DF. This being my second 6 day DF I found out 3 days DF was my sweet spot.
