17hrs into my dryfast. Working all day and when I don’t have customers I walk around. 26,000 steps so far today. Probably going to try for 30k-40k steps for the day. Starting to have dry mouth now but nothing I can’t handle.
I have walked 40k steps in the beginning of a dry fast before and gotten myself into ketosis pretty quick. As of right now I can taste the ketone in my mouth even with a few high carb days before my fast.
Going to stick to the dryfast till tomorrow morning when I play basketball in the morning and drink snake juice. I’ll switch to snake juice fasting at around 31hrs dry(which is when I start playing morning ball).
After morning ball tomorrow, go home and get ready for work all day, hydrate all day with snake juice and then go to basketball again when I get out of work.
Going to try and snake juice the rest of the week for a full 7 day fast. If I feel good at the end of the week I might push the snake juice fast to 10 days as I’ve never gone past 7.5 days fasting before.
When I finally break my snake juice fast I’ll re-feed with high water content foods & lotsss of protein

Yesterday went well. I hit 40k steps. My legs were pretty sore last night. Went to bed at 10pm, wokeup at 510am feeling refreshed and ready to go play bball.
So far I haven’t broken my dry fast. I played 1hr of basketball this morning and was able to push through without drinking. Just hit 34hrs dry fasted. Going to push for another 5-6hrs being dry while trying to get at least 10k in steps during that time. Then my goal is to rehydrate with watermelon, homemade pickles, and snake juice the rest of the day and then go to basketball tonight again. Finish hydrating tonight and then jump back into another dry until Thursday morning with bball again and try to do the same thing on thursday(hold dry fast till midday and then hydrate for bball at night again)
After Thursday I plan on dryfasting till Sunday/Monday. We shall see how it goes!
