So I stopped weighing myself months ago because honestly it was too depressing and I felt like i worked so hard in the nutrition and exercise department that it made all my efforts feel useless and I left the scale defeated.
Since learning about fasting i can feel my body changing but I don’t have a way to measure my progress and I know better than to step back on the scale.
What I did instead was pull out a pair of my dream shorts in my dream size and put those same shorts on every few days or so to compare and contrast.
Before I started fasting , I had to use a hair tie/ rubber band from the button to the hole and wear a large shirt to cover up the rubber band mess) bc they Wouldn’t close or zip up.
Well I’m happy to report I just put them on and they slid right on and fit comfy with room to spare!
I’m truly in shock and so thankful to all of you for making it happen.
F the scale and find other non scale Victories and other ways to measure and it rakes or the pressure so you can soar
Answer
I wear a labcoat at work. When I first started I could snap it all easily but still felt snug. A couple years ago I could only snap the top snap and frankly should’ve gone a size bigger. It’ll be a great gauge as the weight comes off.
