I had that for about a week and so I switched up my fasting time and then did a 2 day fast to get things moving along. I’m too new to know why it works but it did. Don’t get frustrated, just keep tweaking it.
Females tend to really go up and down with the water weight throughout the month. It’s frustrating! You might want to get a scale that does body fat percentage, as you’ll be able to see when it’s water weight or not.
