Weight is flying off.. a little to quickly?

I started at 218lbs and now 206lbs (1.5 weeks)! I know you lose a lot of water weight at first but is this still ok? I’ve been having plenty protein and eating whole foods (1700cals) I’ve been doing meal preps from YouTube etc. And going StrongLifts 5x5 workout program every other day.. I mean I feel amazing.. so much energy.. aiming for at least 20:4 fasting but usually hit 21 hours.. But should I be upping my calories if I’m losing so fast???? Or just keep going at same rate and expect it slow down soon? I mean before I started I was lying in bed all day.. eating sweets pizza etc then going out binging on alcohol and other substances.. then repeat.. So it’s a complete change in lifestyle for me.. not used for two weeks now so.. 😁

Hey!!! Same exact thing happened to me when I first started. I swear there was a 10 lb drop within DAYS and I was so thrown off since I hadn’t even changed what I was eating — just when. Love IF. You’ll rock it.
