Weight loss.

I am a 5’2” F and I weigh approximately 170 lbs. My goal is to be 120-130 by the end of August. I do realize that some of the weight I lose by fasting can and will be put back on when refeeding but I am going on vacation and I would like to fit into my bathing suit and shorts again (eek)! Pre weight gain my “normal” weight was right around 125 lbs. the longest “dirty” fast I have ever accomplished was right around 72 hours and I am just looking for advice on the right way to approach this and be successful.

From what I’ve seen watch Cole’s videos it takes some experimentation to find what works for you. The basics of it is keep your refeeds to a minimum and fast as much as possible. There’s countless ways for how you can accomplish that though. The fastest way to do it would be trying to do the longest fast you can do, having a small refeed, and then doing another fast as possible again. If that’s too difficult, try doing shorter fasts, maybe 72s, or 48s. Or you can try alternate between fasting and eating and keeping your eating window at 1 hour on those eating days. Try things out until you find something you can stick with.
