Hi! I have been tracking my weight alongside my menstrual cycle and realised that during ovulation and before my period, my weight stagnates for about a week, then it will drop once I’m through the ovulation or when I’m midway through my period. I also noticed my measurements go up a little and overall I look more chubby. So I’ve come to the conclusion that during these two periods, I end up much more bloated, more constipated and as a result the weight doesn’t drop.
