Well into day 6, can't believe it!

I've gone four days a few times but on day five I get so weak and achey I always eat. This time, that happened on day four but no way was I cutting it off. Yesterday was a dream and today is wonderful, too! Positives \- Don't need as much sleep -- even less than when I'm doing IF \- My energy is amazing, better than when I'm doing IF. I even managed a long walk yesterday and plan another today. \- Need less sleep, again, even less than when I'm doing my IF \- Not hungry, at all. My appetite doesn't even kick in ​ Negatives \- Vitamins give me the shits even with no food in my digestive tract, even when I space them out throughout the day. So I'm doing electrolytes only. \- Gained two pounds between days 3 and 4. Don't know what that's about. Not weighing again until after day 7. Never thought I'd get that far! I may refeed for a couple of days and try to do another seven days, I'm not sure, yet.

Well done! I finished a 7 day fast yesterday, re-fed last night (one keto meal split into two as I just couldn’t eat it all in one go, I actually started falling asleep halfway through which was strange haha) and now I’m back to another 7-dayer hopefully! I gained a few pounds back about 4 days in too… I figured it’s water weight doing it’s thing.
