What can I drink during fasting if I can't drink water?

Hey! I'm new to fasting and I'm facing a problem. I cannot drink water. Due to my body being weird, water makes me throw up. In order to not throw up, I would have to take a small sip, wait a minute, take another, wait... and in order to fill my daily intake I would have to spend the whole day drinking. As a nice bonus, I'm allergic to lemons and any kind of citruses, so I can't drink lemon water, either. So, what are my options? So far, I've been adding the smallest amount of sweet syrup necessary to my water in order to make it taste different enough for my body to not reject it, but I'm aware that a sweetener is not the best option. I'll be grateful for any ideas!

This kinda reminds me of the fat lady who would only eat cheesy potatoes, gagging at green stuff. Jokes aside, there is plenty of no sugar/calorie drinks out there. Would those work? What do you drink when not fasting?

There’s water thicker you can get that changes the waters texture and makes it a more solid feeling. I’m betting when you were little you once drank way too much water and gave yourself water gut (when water sloshes around inside) and now it triggers you to feel queasy when you drink?

this happened to me on my first extended fast 😫 if you try adding an electrolyte tablet that has a flavour to a cup of water it can help, and it also gets rid of the sickly feeling and headaches for me :)
