What do you all think about this

Hello people, I’m switching from current IF with water to dry , will be doing the 20:4 schedule. At hour 19 of the fast I will start working out mostly rowing machine , I used to train Muay Thai too but unfortunately nowadays they ask for a proof of vaccine in order to be able to train , crazy . Anyway has anyone here experienced with daily DF , what was it like for you ? Did you lose any weight at all ? Thanks

Not a fan from f daily DF, I prefer the 24-72h lengths. But I do like training dry, or mostly dry, there’s some research on that too if I feel like digging it up.

What’s crazy about a gym asking for proof of vax? Fighting gyms like to protect their fighters and keep them at their best, they use pads, helmets, encourage proper nutrition and sleep. Not to mention wanting to stay open and a part of the community.
