What do you do?

Hey there! Starting a fast tonight to help with my energy, moods and athletics. Fasting helps me to refocus. I was thinking of eating my one meal tonight, then start and go until Friday Does anyone feel like it helps with mental too? I have been dealing with a ton of stress and going through some personal stuff. Everyone I fast and even dry fast, my mood is so much more positive. Is that crazy?!

I have definitely experienced an improved mood while fasting. Something about this practice is… liberating, maybe?

Seeing the scale weight go down has a lot to do with my mood. But the empty feeling is something I try to return to, like with meditation.
