I planned my first longer fast that I’m on now to work the first 4 days to make the time go by faster. Now I have the weekend & all next week off of work so I can take it easy & focus on letting my body do the healing that dry fasting is so good at. I figure I’ll read, meditate, watch movies, hang out in my backyard. There’s a lake nearby I’m planning to visit when & if I have the energy.
Go in to the office lol… eventhough we are mostly on a WFH model now, I go in on days that I fast because it gets me away from food in my house and keeps my mind occupied elsewhere. Day 2 is usually the hardest for me not to think about food or water, but day 3 onwards is a breeze.
