On a typical day I break my fast with a small meal first, usually a little bit of carbs and a bunch of protein. That could be a small bowl of oatmeal, protein shake, hard boiled eggs, canned tuna/chicken in a pinch, or some combination of those. My dinners are also typically protein heavy, like some slow cooker chicken and some veggies. Easiest meal prep in the world is throw some chicken and a jar of salsa into the slow cooker for a few hours until it shreds. I try to keep to little or no snacking as well.
Though I also still have things I enjoy from time to time just to keep myself sane.
Just get inclined with cookery, honestly. It’s a life skill that people really should have, and it’s not hard, which is the best part. The hardest thing about it isn’t actually cooking, but calming your life down just a scosh to allow for it in the first place. If you’re too busy to cook real food then you really should consider sorting things out a bit, imho.
