The plan looks great. My one question, how much of that do you currently do? Reason I ask is that that’s a lot to take on suddenly. You may want to introduce it in stages, work on getting the routine and habit in place of one or two then add something else in.
Just a thought to avoid crashing going from 0 to 110.
I do peleton 5 days a week. Eat 16:8 (12:00 - 20:00). Started 8 weeks ago @ 230 (6’1). Am now 209.
I don’t count calories but I do eat healthily foods. Honestly it’s been pretty easy. I may do OMAD once a week or so.
