What food can you eat a large volume of?

just discovered the fiber one cereals and was wondering if anyone has suggestions on the most nutritious, low calorie processed foods that a person could eat large amounts of?

Answer

Answer

I’d shift the focus to nutrient dense less processed foods. These will likely fill you up with less and make you feel better.

I’d try to shift away from the habit of eating large amounts of one thing without thinking of stopping too. That’s a habit you likely don’t want to encourage.

Answer

Definitely seafood. I would absolutely DESTROY some crab legs, shrimp, mussels etc.

It’s become especially hard not to since theres a new Seafood Boil restaurant on every corner now. I love it. It’s expensive but i’m willing 😂
