what is the best options?

I just started IF and I think it's great. I usually only eat 1 meal a day, so decided that IF will be a great way to lose weight. I usually eat at 12 lunch and it's anything I want. But now I chnaged it to fast for 20 hours and have a 4 hour period of eating anything. I usually wake up and drinj a black coffee, and then I'm good until 2 pm. Is this a good option? Should I try a different atyle of fasting? What gives the best benefits? I'm active with exercise about 3-5 times a week. I don't eat healthy as I live alone and suck with cooking. I barely drink anything as well, a cup of coffee, and preworkout. Some times I have water as well.

Fix your water intake like ASAP. If all you’re having is coffee and preworkout then you’re not treating your body too well. I’d also say there’s nothing wrong with getting adventurous and cooking new things.
