What to drink during fasting time?

So, I've somewhat recently started Intermittent Fasting, now in 3 Weeks and I'm entirely happy with the 16:8 Schedule that is very easy to handle thanks to my Job as a Service Technician, that said though I work 10 Hour Days with 2 hours of driving from home to work and back again in the evening, I also basically live in my work car during the Workday and thus don't really have access to hot water but need to get jumpstarted for the Day otherwise my ADHD Brain just shuts down after a few hours. Ive resorted to one of my favorite beverages which is Mio Mio Mate, in this case as the Zero variety, that has 2 KCal per 100 ml ( 500 ml Bottles ) would that amount of calorie intake break the Fasting in the morning?

I love sparkling water, it has been my savior. Bubly came out with one that has caffeine in it and that has been my go to beverage in the morning. Also, the carbonation tends to bloat my stomach making me feel ‘full’.
