I will do same, I will do alternate day fasting, I will do weights on the eating day and low cardio on the fasting day, I will add ice baths on the fasting days
I will eat keto mostly salad and meat.

What is your lifting schedule? Muscle retention is very dependent on continued use. Try to stick to your current lifting schedule and have a very high protein meal within 24 hours of every gym sesh. Those meals are non-negotiable. With that constraint, do you still have many options for a fasting schedule?
