What will be the most effective for me?

I want to start IF. I will be a beginner. I am 4’11 and currently weigh 130. My ideal weight will be 110-115. I don’t eat big portions of food but I do eat out a lot and I eat alot of fried stuff. So definitely want to change my eating habits. I also rarely work out. What schedule is more effective and will make me lose weight fast? I want to do a 4 week plan.

Well it depends on yourself like. OMAD? 20:4? 16:8? 48 hours? Try eating unprocessed and wholefoods when you do eat.

The slower you loose the weight the longer it stays off. Make sure part of your plan is to improve your diet. Your gonna have to see what works with you.

No one can tell you this. Obviously the longer you fast and the fewer calories you consume the faster you’ll lose weight, but for most people the most effective schedule is the one they can best stick to.

I recommend starting with 16:8 and being more mindful of what you eat. Cut down on the fried food. As you get used to 16:8 you can increase. 16:8 is easy as it’s a long window that still allows you to eat 3 meals if that’s what you want.

The key is to build good habits and change the behaviors that led you to where you are now. This is more likely to happen over time.

Remember that with petites there are other factors. We tend to lose weight more slowly. It’s also much easier to see big changes when there’s a lot to lose. Pick something, stick to it and trust the process. Don’t get discouraged because you aren’t seeing the same results as others.
