What would you do in my shoes?

Looking for some fasting advice for my situation. 20F CW ~150 GW 130 I am involved in an all inclusive work/school program (provides meals + board) in the middle of nowhere. All of the food they have available, three meals plus snacks, is highly processed. We do have a salad bar that is okay, but kinda sparse. The snacks especially are high in everything your smarts don’t want but your monkey brain does, and we have access to those in the common spaces 24/7. Sugary cereals, snack bars, cake, pretzels, chocolate, and more. I can skip meals. Trying to do OMAD at the very least, and OMEOD is the aim. The issue is with when I do feed. I get in the line and get a half plate of salad and some of the main meal. Last night was pizza. Really good tasting pizza. I definitely began something of a binge, having waaaay too much pizza before my brain was like “Screw it, your insulin is way up already!” And I cowed out on snacks and other stuff until I had a stomachache. This happened in the span of a little over two hours, and I went to bed trying not to be mad at myself but look at things logically. I don’t have a history of disordered eating, but I know it could possibly spiral into that if I start letting shame and guilt run me. I’ve got access to a convenience store in town, where I picked up some healthy peanut butter and chocolate as an alternative to the sugar and vegetable-oil laden stuff they’ve got. I’ve been here for about a month, coming from complete control over my diet where I was making really exciting progress. Trying not to let this get me down. What I’m asking is this: what would you do in my shoes? How do you maintain focus on the goal? What tips and tricks keep your cravings in check when you’ve got super tempting snacks all around 24/7?

Answer

I find processed carbs send me in a spiral. Doing omad sounds reasonable if you can eat enough in your window but that sounds difficult here. Have you thought about keto + IF? For example you could have had pizza toppings+salad. This sounds difficult.
