Thinking about paying $50-$60 for one Ubereats bulk order to last for the week. For example, if I’m feeling like Arabic cuisine, my plan is to buy: 2 shawarma plates, side order of potatoes, side order of hummus, and 2-3 extra side orders of chicken/beef.
I’m semi-fasting for a majority of the day (an apple + a smoothie which for me is ~400 calories spread over 21hrs per day) and I live a physically active lifestyle so I’m not too worried about the pounds adding up. The reason I’m considering this is a) I love so many different types of food (which I’d rather not try to make at home), and b) because I spend a lot $ at the grocery store per week…yet I still end up buying Ubereats throughout the week anyway. Thinking of cutting down my grocery bill to the ABSOLUTE necessities (which for me is some fruits, vegetables, and lean meats) and just letting any leftover money that would be otherwise put towards groceries to go instead to a bulk Ubereats order.
Anyone have experience doing this? How has it worked for you? Any thoughts/advice/experiences are greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Answer
Fasting means not consuming calories. Eating over a 21 hour period then ordering UberEats isn’t related to intermittent fasting whatsoever.
