What’s happening?

Im a Male 5.6 - 4 months 186 start, down to 172 at the start of November, 1500 calories doing CrossFit 3x a week. Work painting, so I’d say active. My last lowest weight on the scale was 171.8 the first week of November, now Nov 21 and the scale goes from 173-175 and it hasn’t moved. I track my food doing 16/8, I don’t know what’s happening, maybe I’m also gaining muscle because of CrossFit? Maybe my calories are too low? What should I do? I was thinking reducing my calories but I’m afraid to be starving my self. Has anyone been through something like this?

I can almost guarantee you are not weighing your food and accurately counting calories…also calories listed on food items are usually around 15% higher from what is stated…I’d say give up all processed food for 3 months and be amazed how you quickly get to where you want to be…I mean eat 100% whole foods only
