I break mine with prunes, dates, or figs. Then eat some type of nut. Right after that I eat a full meal of whatever I want but that’s usually quinoa or some leftovers. My dinner varies, typically it’s a chicken dish. My menu is all over the place though. In the end it’s like two full meals a day with snacks before and in-between.
I’m incredibly active. I workout pretty much everyday and do a minimum of 15k steps a day and usually around 20k.
I break my fast at 6am with 6 scrambled eggs, 3-4 slices of toast, a bowl of veggies and some fruit followed by high protein greek yoghurt mixed with pre-soaked chia seeds and some granola for the crunch.
For lunch(dinner) - usually something really caloric dense like a couple of chicken/beef burgers with a side of coleslaw and some salad and rice.
I also usually have 2 milk coffees and maybe a couple of homeade protein balls.
This basically maintains my weight.
Coffee in the amLunch is a salad, Ryvita & cream cheese, Greek yogurt & frozen berries Lunch if a protein shake & granola bar Dinner is usually some version of eggs, a veggie & toast Dessert is PB coconut oil fudge or almond milk pudding
