I started IF on Oct.18 2022. It's been a month. I didn't really see changes, am I doing something wrong? or am I looking for it too early lol
I did notice though that I don't get that hungry everytime which is an improvement. I gained a couple pounds but I also lost it in a week.
I'm still continuing though as it makes my wellbeing better. So, when did you guys actually see changes? Like how many months? also, would love to hear some tips and tricks!! thank you in advanced!

You might not for a while. I lost over 75 pounds so far (280 to 202), and everyone tells me I look amazing, but I still don’t see it the way they do. I’ve noticed some improvements, but not the drastic difference I was expecting. My goal is 170, so let’s see how I feel then.
