The great part of IF for me is the ramp up time is pretty quick. If I followed my 18/6 window mon - Fri (5 days). I could lose 1 - 2 lbs. On the weekends I wouldn’t follow the schedule but at least try to keep active like go on a hike / camping. At the end of the week I would be about .5lb less than where I started - then start again. Some weeks will be better than others but as long as the overall tends is downwards then your making progress
