When do you workout?

Hello! I’ve been IM fasting since August. SW 228 CW 197. A lot of OMAD with a little 18:6 mixed in. I got back into working out more frequently and wanted to ask for those of you with a narrower window (specifically OMAD) when do you work out? Is better do work out further away from your meal or closer? Especially when lifting weights, does the proximity to the protein intake matter or can I lift midday and eat at night without diminishing returns? Bit of a multi-layered question but any insight is welcome. Thanks so much!

Weekdays around 2pm as that’s when I’m most consistently free, weekends and when I’m traveling first thing in the morning for the same reason. So a mix of fasted and non. For most people it makes no difference. Pick what you can most stick to.
