when do you workout

If you are fasting from let’s say 9/10 pm until 1 pm/2 pm the next day. when do you do your workout (if you workout?) and what kind of workout do you do and for how long? thank you so much!

Answer

Depending on my schedule. I do yoga for 30-40 minutes daily (via DownDog) either in the morning if I have time or close to end of IF which I’m 18:6 (~9pm to 3pm). Sometimes I’ll go over 18hrs but stay around 9pm cutoff. I like low impact & its good strength training. It’s my goal to do 30 minutes a day for the year.
