As long as you’re not becoming dehydrated and have been taking some form of electrolytes/salt with water, and as long as you don’t have any out of the ordinary symptoms, go for it! I say do 72 hours or there abouts.
Maybe do some planning on how you will break the fast seeing it’s a little more significant than the original 24 hour.
Slightly different take but perhaps you should end it now and remember these 48 hours as piece of cake. Refeed and the next 48 hours+ will seem like an easy task. Much better than going for 24 more and remembering the fast as nightmare. Long run I think its worth considering.
Sometimes you just feel it, sometimes you don’t. You know how you feel better than anyone else. If you can’t do it try again later. I was doing OMAD and that turned into a 48hour then after that I thought I’d do another 48. That turned to 72. Not sure if I’m just in a grove or just resisting going to the store to buy more food.
