Which strategi?

So I've chosen a two hours eating window, between 3pm and 5pm. I have two meals to eat during that time, lunch and dinner. Is it better to eat lunch at 3pm and then dinner around 4.30pm, or would it be better to eat both meal in like within one hour? The two meals contain 1500 calories in total and that's all I eat in a day.

It doesn’t really matter either way, just do whichever one you prefer and make you feel better.

I have a 4 hour eating window and sometimes that means a meal at 4:30, another at 6:30 and another at 8:00, other times I just eat one large meal anywhere in that timeframe. I’ve noticed no difference either way.
