I’m almost 46 hours into a 72 hour fast. This is my second 72 since the beginning of the month. I’m trying to do rolling 72s for a month for weight loss. I worked my way up from 16:8 to 18:6 to 24 hrs, 36 hrs then jumped to 72s. I’m drinking a lot of water, hot herbal tea at what would’ve been dinner time. Plain seltzer is nice too, the carbonation kind of makes me feel full. Good luck!
Poor pupper😥Lol jk, I’m sure fasting can be beneficial for our four legged friends too I’ve just never heard of anyone doing it. I’m considering trying rolling 48s soon. Been doing OMAD off and on for years but never tried to go past that. How does day 2 feel?
