Who’s all Fasting rn? If so when did you start and when u going to?

I’m 53 hours in right now, never been this far before. I would love to get as far as 7 days, but I decided I won’t be too disappointed if I fail. I’m used to IF and OMAD, extended fasting is quite new to me. I’m taking LoSalt, about 2mg twice a day, in sparkling water to mask the tast. Also I take a magnesium pill and multivitamins twice a day.

Starting my first 10 day tomorrow evening with the hope of wanting and being able to extend it. Longest before has been 5 days so far.

Anyone have research or person experience to share on autophagy’s impact on stretch marks and/or loose skin(specifically mother’s apron/pannus stomach)?

Did my first fast on Jan 14th of this year. Have been doing 3 day fasts every weekend. If I miss a weekend, I make up for it with a 6 day fast. By the end of tomorrow, that will make 18 days fasted this year. By the end of the year it’ll be 150.

Going to keep going until I hit my college weight. After that, I’ll probably shift gears and do something else– might bulk up, might work on cardio or whatever, haven’t decided. That’s for future DumbstruckDumptruck to figure out. Current DumbstruckDumptruck just needs to keep his fork away from his mouth on the weekends.

I just had acl surgery. I’m thinking about trying a 24 hour fast in a couple weeks when I’m off the pain meds. Been reading about the benefits of autophagy and am very interested in getting my body there. Will eventually work my way up to 48 hours & see how I feel.

Started Jan 31st at 11:50pm. Dirty fast though as I am consuming coffee with a little creamer, Coke Zero occasionally and Gatorade Zero. Went from 197 to 178 right now. Started feeling fantastic with zero hunger about the 10th day. No cravings, seems super easy to continue on at the moment. Gaol was full month of Feb, but I’ve always wanted to do 40 days and I may just keep going to check that accomplishment off the list. Fasted many times before, longest ever before was 14 days. Taking Magnesium daily (pill also contains a little salt and potassium). Taking extra salt and potassium if I’m feeling lightheaded or not in balance, but haven’t really had to for a week now. I FEEL FANTASTIC right now and my mental clarity, energy, and focus is off the charts for me.

I’m new to this fasting. I never see anybody mention anything about taking any kind of fat burners or thermogenics. Is it because it’s just not needed? Or does it become dangerous to consume something like that in a fast?
